Maple Cinnamon Granola

Granola. Divine. It’s a meal. A snack. A snack to be put on top of a snack. No more expensive boxed granola full of added sugar and processed ingrediants. This is real food. And it’s really, really good.

My usual granola with almond milk, banana and pumpkin seeds


  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashews
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • a dash of salt
  • cinnamin (go wild, I don’t measure this part)


  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Mix all of the ingrediants in a large bowl, mixing with your hands to make sure it’s fully combined
  • Spread out the mixture on the baking sheet evenly (the less you scatter the mixture the more chunkier your granola will be)
  • Bake for 20 mins, stirring halfway through
  • Remove the baking sheet and let the granola cool (this allows it to get crispy!)
  • Feel free to add any extra additions (I like chopped dates, dried fruit, dark chocolate or unsweetened coconut) or just top with fresh fruit later
